OL Boys go wire-to-wire in Home Opening win over Rival SFX

Hot shooting and ball sharing got the boys out to a 9-0 lead less than two minutes in. A moderately effective zone from SFX helped stymie the offense to a degree in the middle stages of the game, coupled with cooled off shooting from the Warriors from the outside. With literally zero opportunities to press on defense- compounded with some stagnating Warrior offense- the teams traded baskets in the middle-to-late stages of the game. Our goal was to send an early message and let our Rival know through our play and our demeanor that we respectfully do not believe they belong on the same floor with us, and we believe that goal was accomplished.. We finally have some "game tape" to look into and will be adjusting our practice plans to hammer home on the items we need to fine-tune and introduce to the boys. Great game, gentlemen
